At the outset of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, National Geographic responded by creating a new fund in support of journalists and storytellers worldwide. The resulting penetrating work of these photographers richly illustrates a myriad of aspects of a world in crisis, elevating deeply personal local stories and giving them global reach.
